A Bit About Me
My name is Miles and I’m a creator. I was born and raised in the city of Columbus, Ohio and I’m passionate about connecting with the world through sharing perspectives. I use my artistic abilities to find a niche that can best be applied to benefit as much of an audience as I can. My wish is to better my surroundings and leave the world a better place than when I entered it. I’ve been fortunate to have worked within systems and programs that have allowed me to work as a multi-faceted, young, black man that has overcome a lot of isolated struggles and shared my skills on a local, statewide, and even national stage. Now having established me with feats from publishing a book, partnered with The Columbus Foundation and the Columbus Metropolitan Library. Partnering with organizations such as Blockfort, Easton, as an award-winning artist and community member. From earning the highest achieving award in the Ohio Governor’s art show; A national, Scholastic Gold Key Portfolio Award, and a Twenty under Twenty award from the Mayor and city of Columbus, Ohio. I hope to use these stepping stones to better pivot into a deeper, more narrow niche for myself to find better avenues of even greater impact than I’ve shared already.
